How long will it take until the site is online?
The time it take to complete a site varies depending on the size of the site and the services required. A basic 1-5 page site can be completed within a week.

What's your process for building a site?
We will meet in person or by phone to determine your specific needs. A concept will be put together. We will then discuss and make changes before the website is finalized. Only after your final approval will the website be posted on the internet.

How do I know what should go on my site?
Through collaboration, we will determine what you want to have on your site.

Will I have to purchase a domain name?
Yes. You must purchase a domain name as well as hosting space from a reputable host. Most offer rates from one to three years and the cost for hosting varies.

Who will host my web site?
You can use any host you prefer. There are several that I could recommend.

Will you redesign the site I currently have in place?
Yes. All I will need is the username and password to your web host to retrieve the site and begin the redesign.

What will you need from me for the site?
We will need the idea of your website as well as the informational data that you want posted. We will need all graphics, photographs and logos that you want to include on your site.

Will my site be found by search engines?
Yes, eventually, your site will be picked up by the major search engines. Additional fees to search engines can be used to optimize the search engines.

How do I submit images to be used on the site?
Digital images are preferred to photograhs because they can be quickly emailed and edited. If digital images are not available, we will scan photographs and images.

Who owns the rights to the images and designs you create for me?
The client owns the rights to all of the contents, data, and graphics.

How do I make changes to the site after it's up?
Hourly rates are available. Consultation for clients who prefer to maintain their site themselves is also available.

We don't have a logo, can you create one?
Yes

What do you use to build your sites?
A combination of tools is used, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and text editors.
