Needs Assessment
Please take some time to think about what you wish to accomplish with your new website. It is important for you to be as detailed as possible when communicating your ideas to us.

Website Development Terms
When the project details have been determined, half the purchase price is required. However, for those who, by law, can not pay before all services are rendered, purchase orders are accepted.

Domain name registration / Website Hosting
We will secure your desired domain name pending availability. The domain is registered in your name with your information and you will be the only registrant contact on file. Domain registration and web hosting fees vary, but generally range from $ 100.00 to $150.00 per year depending on your needs.

Graphic Design Phase

We will need to know the navigation links you plan to use as well as text and product information to be included. In addition, we will need company logos (if you have one) basic color scheme, images and photographs. If you do not have a logo, we can provide one for you.

If there is a particular site you would like to refer to us, please let us know prior to initialization.

All the above information should be supplied as quickly as possible.

Website Pages
We create as many pages as needed to complete your site.

CSS Stylesheet
CSS Stylesheets are used to define font faces, styles, sizes and colors for consistency throughout the site.

Response Forms / Email Contact Forms
We always recommend at least one contact for your visitor's convenience. This can be done by using a contact form or direct email address.

Testing Phase

Search Engine Readiness Check
We can not guarantee when or where the search engines will place your website within their search results or directory.

G rammar & Spell Check
A grammar and spell check is performed to insure there are no mistakes prior to launching your website.

Dead Link Check
A misdirected links and missing files check is performed.

Forms / Programming
Any email contact forms and/or programming features included in your project are tested to confirm they are functioning properly.

Error Testing
After the website is live, an additional test is run to ensure all pages are working properly.

Instructions & Documentation
If needed, instructions and documentation is included in PDF format.

Search Engine Submission
Submission and automated search engine submission occurs after launching.

Completion Phase

Minor Adjustments / Changes
Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to two weeks after the website has launched (maximum of up to 3 hours labor). Minor changes include adding changing text, adding or changing photos, etc. Any major revision requests will require additional discussion and possibly incur a fee.
